Main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. 

• Master bedroom with king size bed and connected full bathroom with tub/shower combination

• 2nd bedroom with 2 twin size beds

• 3rd bedroom with full size bed

Open concept floor plan with living room/kitchen/dining room. Attached sun room with 2 rocking chairs and 1 reclining chair to enjoy the beautiful million-dollar views of Higgins Lake.

The guest cabin (on the same property) has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can sleep up to 4 people. 

• Both bedrooms with queen size beds.

• Small kitchen and living room with refrigerator and stove and flat screen TV. Love seat and sofa in the living room.

MAX occupancy for both houses is 10 people.

No pets, no smoking and no camper trailers allowed on the property. Minimum 1 week rentals (check-in/check-out dates are flexible).

• WiFi in main house

• 100 ft waterfront dock (where you can tie up your boat) 

• Plenty of space on property for your boat trailer

• BBQ grill

• Outdoor fire pit

• 2 picnic tables directly on the waterfront

• Sandy clear water for swimming and any water sport activities.

• You can go out approximately 300 - 400 feet and you are in pure sand, only 3 - 4 feet deep.
